Werribee Baptist Church humbly started in 1969, meeting in a welcoming home for several years before growing the bold vision of building a strong church, a Christian school and a retirement community. From that time we have experienced continued, faithful growth, our outreach organisation The Bridge reaches our local Wyndham community and we continue our proud history of sending support workers overseas to deliver the Hope of Jesus to the world.

The Pastors and staff of WBC are passionate about seeing the Good News of the Gospel shared throughout our local Wyndham community and across the world, bringing love and hope to all those who need it. Our leadership are committed to delivering excellent care and experiences that engage, equip and empower others to expand God's Kingdom!
Our local outreach organisation 'The Bridge' partners with key social services across Wyndham and local community members to provide hope and help. Our global workers reach out to the ends of the Earth to bring the Good News of the Gospel.

We give thanks to our almighty creator God for the care and stewardship the Bunurong
Ancestors and Elders had, and will always have, of this land, and pay our respect to their
leaders, past, present and emerging. We also pray for ongoing healing in damaged
relationships between our indigenous brothers and sisters and all non-indigenous Australians,
and seek God’s work of reconciliation through Jesus Christ in all our human relationships.
