E³ is a year long opportunity for Year 7s & 8s to be equipped to serve, encouraged to explore church based ministry with the overall goal of active engagement in the church, through a sense of ownership/belonging.

Each term will start with an Equip session (first meeting at the end of January) which will be a time of teaching on ministry in the church. It will also be a chance for the ministry leaders to explain more about their ministry and to spend consolidated one-on-one time with the persons involved in that ministry that term. They will spend time going through expectation of the ministry and setting mini-goals. In subsequent Equip sessions, they will get the chance to self-evaluate their last term with feedback from the ministry leaders.

During the term, each E³er will get a chance to experience a particular ministry 2-3 times in that term, under the supervision of the ministry leader.

• iGnition team
• iGnite Suppers
• Morning Welcoming
• Morning Ushering
